People In AI is seeking Senior AI Engineers to build the next generation of AI-powered products and intelligent workflow systems. You will help create agentic workflows, autonomous systems, and production AI applications at scale.

The role focuses on developing practical AI solutions that automate complex business processes, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency. You will own significant parts of the architecture and contribute to roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building AI-powered apps in production
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow automation or orchestration frameworks

A rapidly growing technology company is hiring Senior AI Engineers to help build the next generation of AI-powered products and intelligent workflow systems.

This role sits within a newly formed AI Engineering organization focused on developing agentic workflows, autonomous systems, retrieval architectures, and production AI applications. The team is building practical AI solutions that automate complex business processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency at scale.

This is an opportunity to work on AI systems that move beyond simple chat experiences and into autonomous execution, workflow automation, tool use, and intelligent orchestration.

What You’ll Do

• Build production AI applications leveraging LLMs, retrieval systems, and intelligent workflows
