Responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions within Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine division. Main objectives include building end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, designing predictive models for patient and healthcare provider insights, and leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities encompass shaping AI/ML initiatives from proof-of-concept to production, managing model lifecycle, establishing engineering standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on high-impact projects like conversational analytics and agentic systems.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; minimum 3 years’ experience in AI/ML engineering, including hands-on work with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and managing CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Gitlab; experience deploying various ML models (regression, XGBoost, neural networks, NLP, GenAI). High-value: focus on healthcare AI applications, including predictive patient modeling, large language models, product lifecycle management, and healthcare data regulations.
