International, based in Lisle, Illinois, seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable ML/AI solutions. You will work with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to enable end-to-end AI delivery within a federated COE model.
You will lead model development, deployment, and governance, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring production-ready, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
The Senior AI/ML Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning and AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role operates as a key contributor within the AI/ML function, translating business requirements into production-ready models and solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise AI standards, architecture, and governance frameworks.
The Senior AI/ML Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, and business domains to enable end-to-end AI solution delivery within a federated AI Center of Excellence (COE) model.
Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for complex business use cases
Lead feature engineering, model selection, tuning, and validation processes
Ensure models are scalable, reusable, and aligned to enterprise standards
Apply advanced techniques (e.g., ensemble models, optimization strategies) where appropriate
Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions from concept through production deployment
Implement and maintain model lifecycle management practices (deployment, monitoring, retraining)
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data to support ML development

Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Salary Minimum: USD $112,000.00/Yr.
Salary Maximum: USD $168,000.00/Yr.
