Job summary

VivSoft is seeking a Senior AI/ML Data Analyst to lead the creation, analysis, and governance of AI/ML data used in model development and evaluation. You will curate large datasets, monitor quality, and collaborate with engineering teams to align data needs with product goals.

The role emphasizes analytics, dashboards, geospatial data handling, and staying current with AI/ML tech to drive informed decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with AI/ML technologies
• Minimum 1 year of experience with large-scale geospatial datasets
• Experience developing software using multiple programming languages and statistical packages
• Knowledge of dataset management and analysis tools and AI/ML technologies
• Experience with databases and both structured and unstructured data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions
• Experience evaluating data quality for AI/ML applications
• Agile/Scrum experience and adaptability to evolving AI technologies

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, develop visualizations, and provide recommendations for AI/ML datasets
• Evaluate training data diversity and alignment with operational data
• Support data governance, preprocessing, labeling, curation, and management
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to monitor data operations
• Monitor data quality and suggest improvements for AI/ML and computer vision models
• Analyze geospatial data to identify patterns and solutions for user requirements
• Work with structured and unstructured data to identify valuable sources
• Apply data and performance metrics to support decisions
• Evaluate industry solutions and provide strategic technology recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into data requirements
• Engage with users to understand business and technical needs
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve interrelated objectives
• Support complete AI product lifecycle from conceptualization to evaluation
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and apply advancements
