Job summary

VivSoft Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior AI/ML Data Analyst to support data creation, analysis, management, and governance for AI/ML model development and evaluation. You will work at the forefront of AI, ensuring large datasets are curated, analyzed, and maintained to support AI/ML initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong data analysis with AI/ML knowledge, large-scale and geospatial datasets, and collaboration with users, stakeholders, and software teams to identify data needs,

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional AI/ML experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with large-scale geospatial datasets.
• Experience with programming languages and statistical packages.
• Knowledge of dataset management and analysis tools and AI/ML tech.
• Experience with databases and both structured/unstructured data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, create visualizations, and advise on AI/ML data used for model development.
• Evaluate diversity and suitability of training datasets and their alignment with operational data.
• Support data governance, preprocessing, labeling, curation, and management.
• Develop dashboards and analytics tools to monitor data operations.
• Monitor data quality and advise on AI/ML model performance improvements.
• Analyze large geospatial datasets to detect patterns relevant to user needs.
• Work with diverse datasets to identify data sources and assess quality.
• Apply data and performance metrics to inform decisions across products.
• Assess emerging tech and provide strategic recommendations for applicability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to translate needs into data requirements.
• Engage with users to understand business and technical needs.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex goals.
• Support full AI product lifecycle from concept to evaluation.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends and apply advancements.
