Job summary

Matellio Inc. seeks an experienced AI/ML Lead to architect, design, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will mentor engineering teams, drive technical strategy, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI platforms.

The role covers traditional ML, deep learning, LLMs, and agentic AI, with emphasis on MCP, MLOps, observability, and governance for production-grade systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AI/ML leadership experience.
• Hands-on with traditional ML, deep learning, and generative AI (LLMs).
• Experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms and architectures.
• Proficient in PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with MCP, MLOps, AI evaluation harnesses, benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Define end-to-end AI solution architecture including data pipelines and model orchestration.
• Build scalable RAG applications, LLM platforms, and MCP-enabled AI systems.
• Design multi-agent architectures leveraging MCP for enterprise communications.
• Own AI/ML lifecycle: development, validation, deployment, monitoring, drift detection.
