Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst in Tampa, Florida to develop and enhance AI-driven sanctions screening.

You will design models using LSTM networks and explainable metrics, implement ETL/data validation, and build automated reporting dashboards for enterprise banking systems. The role requires expertise in Python, SQL, Oracle, REST APIs, Linux/Unix, Git, LightSpeed and Autosys, with strong emphasis on model performance, governance, and release management

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related quantitative field and 3 years of AI/ML systems experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI models for transaction classification and sanctions screening.
• Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs and agent-based architecture to automate compliance workflows.
