Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a Senior AI/ML Analyst to support government initiatives in Huntsville, AL. This on-site role requires TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in AI/ML analysis, modeling, and defense-related applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure security and contract compliance, and translate requirements into actionable AI solutions for mission-critical systems.

What You'll Do

• This position supports a newly awarded contract, with work expected to begin in early 2027.
• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Analyzes AI/ML systems and subsystems used on weapons platforms
• Identifies uses, vulnerabilities, limitations, performance, accuracy, and robustness
• Develops mathematical models and simulations of AI behavior

What You Bring

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML analysis, model evaluation, adversarial AI, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, simulation, and technical intelligence writing
• Minimum 12 years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category; or related bachelor's plus 5 additional years of related senior experience, for 17 total years, as substitute for master's.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
• Background in process improvement or analytical services
• Strong knowledge/background in weapons-platform AI, autonomy/counter-autonomy, AI test & evaluation, red teaming, and model robustness
