Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs LLC in Huntsville, AL seeks an Expert AI/ML Analyst to support critical government initiatives onsite. You will analyze AI/ML systems, translate requirements into solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Applicants should have DoD program experience, strong communication skills, and a minimum of 20 years of experience with a related Master’s degree. TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in AI/ML analysis, model evaluation, adversarial AI, statistics, math modeling, simulation, and technical intelligence writing.
• Minimum 20 years of experience with a Master’s degree related to the labor category.

What You Bring

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
• Background in process improvement or analytical services
• Strong knowledge/background in weapons-platform AI, autonomy/counter-autonomy, AI test & evaluation, red teaming, and model robustness
