Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience, 5+ years productionizing research or algorithm-intensive systems.
• Proficiency in Python; experience with Rust or C++ at scale.
• Familiarity with AI methods such as neural-symbolic systems, causal reasoning, reinforcement learning, and simulation.
• Experience designing concurrent, parallel, and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and software testing.
