Job Description

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent practical experlence.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Al/ML or Generative Al solutions.
• 5+ years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Al frameworks.
• 5+ years Python development skills and experience building production-quality applications.
• Experience consuming Client and integrating applications with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development practices and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building Al agents, copilots, or workflow automation solutions.
• Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and enterprise search capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms, or similar systems.
• Understanding of responsible Al, security, privacy, and compliance considerations.
