Job summary

Clarinet is reshaping AI-enabled learning through high-energy, hands-on workshops for SMBs and scale-ups. You’ll teach the human side of AI adoption, build developer-level fluency, and lead adaptable sessions for product teams, engineering orgs, and enterprise champions.

You’ll stay current on AI developments, support client relationships, and help create new content. This is a remote, US-based full-time role with occasional travel and strong client-facing expectations.

Qualifications

• Must ground AI adoption in behavioral science and change psychology.
• Builder-level AI fluency with model logic and workflows.
• Ability to shape workshops under tight timelines and ambiguity.
• Experience with advanced code-generation tools and automation ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead 90-minute virtual workshops for technical audiences, including advanced catalog sessions.
• Teach the human side of AI adoption and foster psychological safety and sense-making.
• Build developer-level fluency with code-generation environments and tool ecosystems.
• Learn and deliver new content quickly as workshops evolve.
