A leading global events and business intelligence company in Chicago is seeking an experienced AI Interaction Designer to optimize conversational AI experiences for its B2B platform. This role requires a solid background in UX design and proficiency with conversational AI models. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to enhance AI capabilities and drive adoption in the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, conversation design, or related field with focus on AI/ML systems.
• Demonstrated expertise with multiple conversational AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Bard).
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data analysis.
• Experience creating training datasets for machine learning models.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft clear, concise, and contextually appropriate content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and curate high-quality question-answer pairs to train B2B AI systems.
• Create comprehensive prompt libraries tailored to different personas and use cases.
• Drive AI adoption across the organization through effective prompt engineering.
• Analyze AI interaction patterns and optimize conversation flows.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and business teams.
• Document best practices for AI interaction and establish standards.
• Conduct regular testing and quality assurance of AI responses.
