Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in systems integration or enterprise app development.
• 2+ years hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, data mapping and transformation.
• Experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and B2B protocols.
• Production support, monitoring, troubleshooting and CI/CD familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and support MuleSoft-based integrations across freight/logistics apps.
• Build scalable, reusable integration modules and connectors aligned with API-led connectivity.
• Maintain production health: monitoring, logging, incident response within SLAs.
• Extend platform with AI features, guardrails, and agent/ tool-calling patterns.
• Collaborate with integration, Salesforce and operations teams; document standards.
