Job summary

Seekr is building the infrastructure powering enterprise AI. The Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer will design, build, and operate platforms enabling large-scale training, serving, evaluation, and deployment of foundation models and autonomous AI agents.

You will lead architecture discussions, collaborate with researchers and engineers, and shape the direction of Seekr’s AI platform across cloud, on-prem, and edge environments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating production Kubernetes environments.
• Strong production ML infra experience and ability to own significant components.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production AI infrastructure for training, inference, evaluation, and agentic workloads.
• Operate scalable Kubernetes-based infra for GPU-accelerated workloads across cloud, on-prem, hybrid, and edge environments.
• Architect high-performance inference platforms for edge to trillion-parameter models with focus on latency and scalability.
• Build and maintain distributed systems for scheduling, orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI workloads.
• Develop enterprise AI platforms including governance, observability, and secure tool execution for multi-agent systems.
• Automate AI infrastructure using IaC, GitOps, CI/CD, and modern software practices.
• Evaluate new AI infra tech and serving frameworks to improve platform performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable AI platforms.
• Lead technical design discussions, perform architecture reviews, and mentor engineers across the AI Infra org.
• Participate in production support, incident response, and continuous operational improvement.
