Qualifications

• Deep experience designing, building, and operating high-scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable distributed systems supporting horizontal/vertical scaling.
• Design and deliver scalable agentic AI systems with planning, tool use, and workflow execution.
• Define scalability, performance, availability, and durability requirements for owned services.
• Build fault-tolerant systems with redundancy, failover, and in-service upgrades.
• Monitor health with telemetry, dashboards, and alerts; drive reliability improvements.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams.
