Candidates should have advanced degrees in CS/STEM with significant AI product experience and a proven ability to lead diverse teams, influence strategy, and drive projects to successful completion. This is a full-time on-site role in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or STEM with at least 4 years experience developing complex high technology products, or Bachelors with 8 years experience.
• Experience working with AI products.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals.
• Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills with all levels of an organization.
• Self-starter with minimal direction to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across global locations to deliver digital SaaS solutions for Mammography, DBT and X-ray devices.
• Define execution standards and processes for project managers within the program or department.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services.
• Communicate complex concepts and influence others to consider different viewpoints.
• Collaborate with partners and technology leadership to define functionality and requirements.
