Job summary

Bounteous is seeking Senior AI Full-Stack Engineers to design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions in a retail context from Scottsdale. You will work on Python-based engineering, model and API integration, agent engineering, evaluation harnesses, and deployment support in AWS and Azure.

Join a global AI services team focused on production-ready components, observability, and enterprise documentation, with onsite collaboration five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years hands-on engineering experience with AI/full-stack technologies.
• Experience with Python, APIs, and cloud AI services.

Responsibilities

• Build and support AI-enabled use cases, agents, automation workflows, APIs, prototypes, and production-ready components.
• Develop evaluation plans, test plans, and technical documentation for enterprise deployment.
• Collaborate on platform integration patterns across AWS and Azure.
