Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI or related field with 4+ years AI/ML experience, or Master's with 2+ years.
• 4+ years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, train, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation models, inference, agents, and observability.
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, HuggingFace, PyTorch, and VectorDBs.
• Invent and optimize foundation model techniques to improve performance, latency, and cost.
