Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers or large teams (15+)
• 8+ years of experience leading design and architecture of large-scale production systems
• Experience defining technical strategy and delivery standards while managing teams across multiple programs
• Experience communicating technical and organizational strategy to executive audiences (VP/C-suite)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across multiple customer engagements and FDE pods; staff and structure teams for optimal coverage; define engagement models and delivery cadences; travel 30–50%.
• Define technical strategy and standards; set direction for complex AI programs across the org; align with AWS teams and influence product decisions.
• Own production excellence at organizational scale; define standards and readiness criteria for AI systems; drive operational improvements.
• Build and scale the team; hire, develop, and retain FDE talent; coach managers; manage performance and succession.
• Accelerate transformation at portfolio level; create accelerators and reusable platforms; influence product roadmaps with customer patterns.
