Job summary

NVIDIA in Durham, NC is seeking a highly technical Solution Architect to act as a forward‑deployed technical liaison between NVIDIA’s Partner Network, internal teams, and enterprise customers, focusing on planning, development, and deployment of large‑scale AI factories based on NVIDIA's reference designs.

You will embed with customer teams, guide deployments, perform pre‑deployment audits, mentor partners, and help optimize performance, scalability, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of infrastructure delivery experience in hyperscale data centers.
• Expertise in data center systems: power distribution, liquid cooling, rack/server chassis, cabling.
• Effective communication with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Able to travel up to 25%.
• Experience with AI factory deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support AI Factory deployments with NVIDIA reference architectures.
• Build processes, partner relationships, and deployment workflows.
• Review installation plans, BOMs, and hardware compatibility; mentor partners.
• Perform audits to ensure reliability and readiness for deployments.
• Develop playbooks, guides, and runbooks for partner enablement.
• Liaise with internal teams to incorporate field insights.
