Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in infrastructure delivery, preferably in hyperscale data centers.
• Strong communication skills across technical and executive levels.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and work with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning with product, engineering and partners.
• Develop processes and playbooks for AI factory deployments.
• Review installation plans, BOMs, cabling, and hardware compatibility.
• Audit data center readiness and pre-deployment risk assessment.
• Establish QA processes to meet specifications and benchmarks.
• Create partner-facing guides and knowledge transfer materials.
• Serve as NVIDIA liaison to translate field feedback into improvements.
