Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Senior AI & Integration Engineer to design and deliver AI-enabled integrations tying ERP and financial systems together. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, develop maintainable code, and coordinate with engagement leaders and client IT teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.

You will work on API-based integrations, data mapping, and automation, ensuring tested, reliable solutions while embracing feedback and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or similar field.
• 3–5 years of relevant software, integration or automation engineering experience.
• Strong programming in Python, C# or JavaScript/TypeScript with SQL proficiency.
• Experience with APIs, authentication, data mapping and transformation.
• Practical ERP or similar business systems experience; able to learn new apps and data models.
• Experience testing and deploying software, version control, and secure configuration practices; familiarity with cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into reliable technical solutions; clarify specifications and identify implementation needs.
• Build and maintain integrations between ERP, finance and other business systems using APIs, connectors, files and data services.
• Develop maintainable code and automation; map and transform data; ensure data moves accurately between systems.
• Perform unit and integration testing; support user acceptance testing before release.
• Deploy solutions through approved processes; troubleshoot and provide support within project arrangements.
• Build AI-enabled features; test accuracy and limitations; involve appropriate human review.
• Follow security and confidentiality requirements; coordinate required reviews with client IT teams.
• Document configurations, data flows, test results and support instructions; communicate progress and risks clearly.
