Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Senior AI & Integration Engineer to connect ERP and other business systems, building integrations, automation and AI-enabled features. You will translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions and work with cross-functional teams to deploy and support your work.

The role emphasizes problem solving, quick learning of new systems, and adherence to security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or similar field.
• 3–5 years of relevant software, integration or automation engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with APIs, authentication, data mapping and transformation.
• Experience with ERP or similar business systems and learning unfamiliar applications.
• Experience testing and deploying software, version control and secure configuration practices.
• Ability to document configurations and explain issues to business and technical colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt with feedback.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into reliable technical solutions; clarify specifications.
• Build and maintain integrations between ERP, finance and other systems using APIs, connectors, files and data services.
• Develop maintainable code and automation; map and transform data; validate data movement.
• Use version control, perform tests, and support user acceptance testing.
• Deploy solutions through approved processes; troubleshoot issues and provide support.
• Build AI-enabled features where useful; test accuracy and include human review.
• Follow security and confidentiality requirements and coordinate reviews.
• Document configurations, data flows, test results and support instructions.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly; raise issues early.
• Other duties within the scope of the practice.
