Job summary

HackerOne seeks a Senior Manager, AI Engineering to lead multiple AI teams advancing our offensive security platform. You will mentor Engineering Managers and senior engineers, shaping responsible, AI-powered product delivery at scale.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Security Research to translate AI innovation into reliable customer-facing features, while advocating for data-driven, principled AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing product engineering teams
• Experience mentoring Engineering Managers
• Strong technical foundation in modern software systems that support AI-enabled products
• Experience building or scaling applied AI systems in production environments

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Engineering Managers and senior engineers to deliver AI-powered solutions
• Own execution across multiple AI engineering teams and ensure customer-visible impact
• Drive an AI First approach to engineering by embedding AI-powered workflows into products
• Guide teams through evolving AI technologies while maintaining momentum and team health
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, Security Research, and other Engineering leaders to align AI efforts with company strategy
