Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead AI-driven endpoint capabilities across Windows, macOS, and Linux. You will own the roadmap for on-device AI, operationalize ML models, and build data pipelines that feed real-time sensor telemetry to the Falcon Host platform.

You will partner with data science, cloud, and sensor teams to turn research into shipped product, while mentoring engineers and hiring talent for a high-performance distributed team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C++ and OS internals on Windows/macOS/Linux.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models on endpoints and building data pipelines for sensor telemetry.
• Track record of shipping major features/releases with cross-functional teams.
• Experience as Sr. Manager or Engineering Manager with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead sensor/endpoint AI initiatives across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Own end-to-end feature lifecycle from design to delivery, including sprint demos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to align on architecture and roadmap.
• Ensure high standards for design, coding quality and testing across platforms.
