Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering complex AI enterprise systems
• Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-enabled stacks (agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, LLM-backed services)
• Forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering experience
• Track record of reusable technical patterns or platforms
• Experience collaborating with architecture, product, and platform teams
• Understanding of production readiness in enterprise settings

Responsibilities

• Serve as cross-engagement technical authority ensuring delivery adheres to architecture, safety, and constraints in regulated environments
• Synthesize learnings into durable reference integrations and reusable patterns
• Work with AI agents to support safe-to-ship decisions with evidence
• Operate as a player‑coach contributing to complex system design and guiding delivery teams
• Consolidate cross‑cell signals into evidence-based recommendations for platform investment
• Partner with Product Engineering and Product Architecture to package client patterns into business cases and backlog items
• Participate in architecture reviews and prioritization discussions to improve portability and outcomes
