Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team. You’ll work with leading clients in two modes: team augmentation inside client teams or on a FullStack product team to design and deliver AI-driven software solutions.

You should have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and AI/agent technologies, strong English, and a four-year degree. Remote-first with opportunities across the Americas and Fortune 500 exposure.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, building production applications with Python and AI/agent technologies.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Hands-on experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit) or similar agent development frameworks.
Strong professional experience with Python for developing production software and backend services.
Experience using Git for version control and collaborative software development.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.
Experience developing and delivering production-ready software solutions.
Understanding of modern software development practices, including testing, code quality, and deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
Interest in AI-driven software development and emerging agentic AI technologies.
Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
Forensic attention to detail.
A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

Responsibilities

Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
