Qualifications

• Four-year college degree is required.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and AI/agent tech.
• Strong backend development and production-ready software delivery experience.
• Experience with Git and containerized apps (Docker).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum teams and modern testing/deployment practices.
