Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team as part of our remote-enabled engineering group. You will work on production-grade Python applications and AI/agent technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software solutions for diverse clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with Google ADK or similar frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering in Python and AI/agent technologies.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with Google ADK or similar agent development frameworks.
• Strong professional experience with Python for developing production software and backend services.
• Experience using Git for version control and collaborative software development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including testing, code quality, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
• Interest in AI-driven software development and emerging agentic AI technologies.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
