Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with AI/ML focus and 8+ years of AI/ML development experience.
• 8+ years programming in Python, Go, Scala or Java.
• Experience deploying scalable AI on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional team to deliver AI powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including model training and inference.
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch.
• Invent state‑of‑the‑art LLM optimization techniques for performance and cost efficiency.
