Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an AI Engineer for a permanent, fully remote role. You will design and deploy LLM-based agent systems, APIs, and governance frameworks while collaborating with frontend teams using React and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development and systems architecture experience.
• 3+ years designing and implementing AI-driven solutions in production.
• 3+ years with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP and ML fundamentals.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-native AI services and deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Design and deploy LLM-based agent systems and tool-integrated pipelines.
• Architect and maintain production-grade APIs for real-time and async operations with MCP.
• Develop robust prompt strategies, vector DB implementations, and knowledge graphs.
• Build testing frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostics for agent execution.
• Manage AI model lifecycle—integration, deployment, fine-tuning, production monitoring.
• Establish AI governance standards for compliance, security, and ethics.
• Champion AI adoption and align progress with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with frontend teams using React and TypeScript.
