Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and ship pipelines connecting to LLM providers and platforms. You will lead internal AI initiatives, build agentic systems, and use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining full code accountability.

Strong Java and Python engineering, plus expertise in agentic design, are essential. This role emphasizes working with RESTful APIs and AI-enabled workflows, with opportunities to shape the product at the cutting edge of AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep expertise in agentic system design (tool use, agent loops, function calling, outputs, reasoning).
• Experience with RESTful API development & integrations.
• Comfort with AI-assisted coding in daily workflow.
• Experience with MCP or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
• Background working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock); Anthropic preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
