Typeform is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to advance Research Flow and AI capabilities across its product line. You will build production-grade generative AI features, design RAG workflows, and deploy scalable ML services with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to deliver reliable, secure AI experiences at scale while improving quality, latency, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Four+ years building and deploying ML/AI systems in production.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills.
• Production services with Python frameworks like FastAPI.

Responsabilités

• Build and deliver AI products and capabilities across the company’s products.
• Develop generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, tool use, or agentic systems.
• Design and operate ML services and workflows with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Build reliable production pipelines for batch and real-time processing (Kafka, Airflow).
• Evaluate AI quality, create automated evaluation pipelines, and monitor systems in production.
