Typeform is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build and evolve AI capabilities behind Research Flow and other AI products. You will design, implement, and deploy generative AI features, leverage LLMs, RAG, vector search, and agentic workflows to improve customer experiences at scale.

You will work with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, shaping engineering standards, monitoring production quality, and collaborating with product and data teams. Remote US-based candidate preferred.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills.
• Experience building production services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Experience developing generative AI applications using large language models, RAG, tool use, or agentic systems.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Kafka, vector databases, or other real-time data processing technologies.

Responsabilités

• Build and deliver AI products across Typeform’s offerings, with key contribution to Research Flow.
• Develop applications using LLMs, RAG, vector search, and agentic systems.
• Build services and APIs to integrate AI capabilities into customer experiences.
• Turn prototypes into reliable production systems with measurable performance.
