Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with production AI/ML ownership.
• Extensive experience with LLM-based systems, agent frameworks, tool use, evaluations and prompts.
• Strong Python engineering skills with experience in optimization, forecasting, or computer vision.
• Experience designing APIs, SDKs, or frameworks used by other engineers.
• Proven track record operating systems in production with monitoring and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Production AI systems: develop, deploy, and maintain operations-critical AI systems, including agents, harnesses, tools, and evaluation pipelines.
• Advanced algorithms: develop numerical optimization, forecasting, CV, and anomaly detection capabilities.
• Shared frameworks: create templates and function-calling patterns used across teams.
• Tooling and prompts: design, tune, and evaluate purpose-built tools and prompt templates.
• Operations-aware UX: develop custom interfaces for operations workflows.
• Mentorship: mentor Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Analysts and set technical standards.
• Security and IT: ensure AI systems meet IT and security standards during production deployment.
