Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a hands-on AI Developer with strong Python and .NET expertise to join our Enterprise AI team. You will build and deploy production AI solutions on Azure data platforms alongside AI engineers and business analysts.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, from prototyping to refining, with exposure to Databricks, RAG pipelines, and vector search. We value practical experience in smaller companies and shipping real systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Professional experience building production systems with Python or .NET.
• Cloud services knowledge with Azure preferred (or AWS/GCP alternative).
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents (Copilot Studio or Semantic Kernel).
• Experience with at least two of: vector search, databases, semantic search, agentic AI, MCP, etc.
• Strong communication and startup-scale ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI solutions using Python and/or .NET.
• Build AI agents using Copilot Studio or Semantic Kernel.
• Develop cloud-native apps on Azure.
• Work with Databricks for large-scale data.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and analysts to ship production systems.
• Evaluate model performance and troubleshoot to improve systems.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prototype quickly, test rigorously, and iterate.
