Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a skilled ML practitioner for our remote ML Practice team. You will develop Generative AI solutions, including RAG workflows, and help scale ML pipelines for enterprise data. You will work with product and engineering teams to shape roadmaps and mentor colleagues.

You will leverage HuggingFace, Langchain and OpenAI to deploy production-grade models across AWS/Azure/GCP environments, collaborating with customers and SME groups to drive business value.

Qualifications

• Experience building Generative AI applications including RAG, agents, text2sql and deploying LLMs.
• 5+ years of hands-on data science experience with common ML tools.
• Experience deploying ML models on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration, curiosity and drive for business value through ML.

Responsibilities

• Develop LLM solutions on customer data, including RAG architectures and content generation.
• Build, scale and optimize data science workloads; apply MLOps to productionize workloads.
• Advise data teams on architecture, tooling and best practices.
• Present at conferences and contribute to the ML SME community.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmaps.
