Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to drive AI development across the OneStream platform. You will oversee the lifecycle of AI/software subsystems, from requirements through design and implementation, in collaboration with Solution Engineering, AI Delivery, and Cloud Engineering.

The role focuses on enhancing AI capabilities, improving product performance and scalability, and mentoring other engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• CS/DS/EE/CE degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years experience building and deploying production-level machine learning solutions or similar experience.
• 3–5 years of Python (or similar experience).
• Proficiency in database schema design.
• Proficiency of distributed systems and cloud-based computing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance apps and services across front-end and back-end.
• Design subsystems and lead project management and timely execution.
• Use Python and SQL to build AI systems and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug across full stack, from UI to database.
• Lead design sessions to decompose complex systems meeting tech and user needs.
• Lead code reviews, provide guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
• Plan product releases at strategic and tactical levels for the team.
