Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Chicago is seeking a Product AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered digital products that drive business value. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions across the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

7+ years of software development and product engineering experience.
5+ years of full software development lifecycle, including coding standards and testing.
Experience leading and mentoring teams of engineers and ensuring delivery on timelines.
System design and architecture (HLD/LLD) experience.
Experience building agents up to deployment.
Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM/agentic frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build and enhance digital products.
Lead and mentor engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of digital products.
Contribute to end-to-end product development from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
