Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development and product engineering experience.
• 5+ years of full software development lifecycle, including coding standards and testing.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of engineers and ensuring delivery on timelines.
• System design and architecture (HLD/LLD) experience.
• Experience building agents up to deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM/agentic frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Product AI Engineer

As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality digital products that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed user expectations.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and enhance digital products.
• Lead and mentor team to Engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of digital products.
• Contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth product operation.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in software development and product engineering. Preferably with an internet product-based company.
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing, and operations experience
• Should have experience leading and mentoring highly capable team of engineers and ensure delivery on project timelines.
• Should have experience in System Design and Architecture (HLD/LLD).
• Should have experience building agents till deployment.
• Strongproficiencyin Python with experience in LLM/agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex,LangGraph,crewAI,AutoGen).
• Experience with data structures or algorithms and strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
• Experience in professional software development experience, including demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating scalable, production-grade systems
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages including, but not limited to Python,
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture and distributed systems. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices

Pay Range: $165,000 - $195,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
