Job summary

UiPath is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Intelligent Document Processing and Context Grounding. You will design, build, and scale backend services that power document understanding, retrieval, and AI agents across UiPath's platform.

You will work with distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern AI technologies, delivering production software used by enterprise customers. Collaboration and ownership are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience building distributed systems.
• Production experience with Python and/or C#.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure (preferred) / AWS / GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services powering document processing, context grounding, and retrieval augmented generation.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to deliver production software.
• Own features end-to-end from design through production and monitoring.
