Ansell is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead AI/ML initiatives, build autonomous AI agents, and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems across cloud environments. The role emphasizes deep expertise in LLMs, Python, and modern AI frameworks, with collaboration across product, infrastructure, and security teams.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years in product development, 3+ years in AI engineering with Gen AI tech, and strong cloud experience (AWS/Azure).

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certified in at least one Cloud or AI-related Certification.
• 9+ years in New Product Development, and 3+ years as AI engineer with LLMs.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-based products at scale.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Familiar with AWS/Azure cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Gen AI tech: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI.
• Docker and Kubernetes expertise; Git workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered software solutions using LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Build autonomous AI agents for task execution with robust evaluation.
• Develop data pipelines for model training, tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead architecture and ensure scalability, reliability, and security across cloud workloads.
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and DevOps to support SDLC and CI/CD.
• Implement RAG and AI safety/governance practices.
• Oversee monitoring for model performance and data drift; optimize cost.
