WINTrio LLC is seeking a Fully Remote Senior Developer / AI Engineer to design, develop, and operate AI/ML solutions for a federal program. The role covers generative AI, RAG, chatbots, document processing, and anomaly detection. Strong Python, ML, and production experience are required, with U.S.

citizenship and federal suitability criteria. The position is fully remote with U.S.-based work hours aligned to Eastern Time, and candidates must be able to obtain a favorable Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of AI/ML or software development experience.
• Hands-on experience designing ML models and production AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies and ML principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize ML models and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to deploy production AI.
• Implement observability, testing, and documentation for AI workloads.
