Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/AI/EE/CE or related field.
• At least 3 years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or 1 year with a Master's degree.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one of Go/Scala/CUDA/Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation models and LLM inference.
• Lead multi-turn conversational and tool-using agent workflows with measurable performance and safety metrics.
• Build scalable pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying foundation models across environments.
• Collaborate with research and data engineering to curate datasets and improve evaluation methodologies.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to governance and security of AI assets.
