Relativity is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and own production agents end‑to‑end across the full stack, from problem to feature‑flagged launch in a Word/web environment. You’ll work with founders and a small team, shipping LLM‑powered capabilities in a fast, cloud‑native setting.

The role requires 5+ years building production software, full‑stack web apps, and strong skills in TypeScript or Python, React frontend, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production software in service-oriented teams.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features to real users.
• Fluency in TypeScript or Python; works with React frontend and Python/Node services.
• Cloud service development with AWS or Azure; includes containers, CI/CD, production debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship agents and agent capabilities end to end, including tools and prompts.
• Maintain evaluations for owned capabilities and measure acceptance, latency, and cost.
• Contribute to infrastructure including harness, retrieval pipeline, model routing, and observability.
• Write technical docs, peer review code, and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customers to define what good output looks like.
