Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks a Senior AI Engineer to embed AI-native solutions within Finance Systems. You will partner with Strategic Finance and business teams to identify opportunities, prototype tools, and deliver scalable, production-ready systems.

This hands-on role requires fluency with modern AI capabilities, API integrations, and dashboards, with a focus on speed, usability, and measurable business impact in a fast-paced enterprise environment in New York City.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping AI-enabled solutions or internal tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs.
• Prototyping and deploying technical solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or similar.
• Experience integrating APIs, platforms, databases and third-party systems.
• Ability to identify problems, architect solutions and drive implementation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Finance and operational teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Prototype and implement internal tools, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Build AI-native solutions using LLMs and automation to improve speed and visibility.
• Create integrations across Slack, Microsoft 365, Oracle, Snowflake, Sigma, Airtable, Notion.
• Translate business problems into practical technical solutions with speed and value.
• Develop fluency in business context and financial processes for each function.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate based on feedback and needs.
• Work with broader engineering teams to transition to scalable systems.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech to improve capabilities and leverage.
