We welcome candidates from research or engineering backgrounds who can move between domains, deliver production-grade code when needed, and collaborate with product, design, and customer teams to ship robust, auditable AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI engineering and/or AI research/science roles or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in machine learning and modern AI systems (LLM/VLMs, agents, RAG).
• Ability to move between research and engineering.
• Production-grade code when needed; prototyping inspired by state-of-the-art papers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build explainability capabilities to help users understand model outputs and data sources.
• Develop contestability features to capture feedback and improve systems over time.
• Explore adjacent areas like hallucination detection and continual-learning from feedback signals.
• Translate research ideas into production-grade features and prototypes.
• Contribute across model development, inference, deployment, and monitoring; collaborate with product/design teams.
