A minimum of 10 years in AI/ML engineering is required, along with an active TS/SCI clearance. Competitive compensation ranges from $175,000 to $220,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required.
• Strong experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments.
• Knowledge of secure system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end AI system design and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements.
• Mentor mid‑level engineers and provide technical oversight.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
