Job summary

GEICO's Service Engineering team is advancing customer self-service with AI and multi-agent systems. A Senior Engineer will design, develop, and deploy large-scale distributed AI applications powering multi-channel customer interactions within CRM and related platforms.

The role requires deep expertise in Python/Java/C++, experience with Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud services like Azure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable systems that deliver business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
4+ years of professional software development in Python or Java.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models in production.
Strong background in distributed systems and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
